Our Vision
Our aim is to help our participants realise their dreams by providing suitable accommodation to meet their needs. We complement this with our other services like supporting them with everyday tasks, supported independent living as needed for our participants.
About us
Focus Lifecare is a boutique registered NDIS provider offering personalised services to meet the needs of each of our participants. Our well-rounded team is headed by a highly experienced and trusted General Practitioner with decades of experience serving the community. Focus Lifecare was founded with a clear vision: to provide sincere, value-added services, supported by a multidisciplinary team of specialists and allied health professionals, so that every participant receives the care they truly deserve.
Our goals and vision are aligned to the NDIS commission which are being transparent, responsive, respectful, empowering and connected. We aim to give participants, their families and carers a greater certainty and assurance on our services. All our policies and procedures are reviewed and updated constantly to be in alignment with the NDIS standards.

Our team of talented and professionally driven specialists aim to provide supports ranging from accommodation, plan management and assistance in personal activities.
Assist Personal Activities High
We support participants with intensive or complex personal care needs. This may include help with mobility, personal hygiene, feeding, medication and daily routines that require higher level or specialised support. Our team works gently and respectfully, making sure each person feels safe, comfortable and dignified.
Assist-Personal Activities
We assist with everyday personal tasks such as showering, dressing, grooming, toileting and getting in and out of bed. Support can be provided in the home or in the community, depending on your needs. Our goal is to help you maintain your independence while staying safe and supported.
Assist-Travel/Transport
We help you get to where you need to go – appointments, work, study, community activities or social events. This can include transport with a support worker or assistance to build confidence using public transport. We focus on safe, reliable and flexible options that fit your routine.
Development-Life Skills
We help you build practical life skills so you can become more independent and confident. This may include cooking, shopping, budgeting, organising your day, using public transport or managing your home. Support is paced at your level and focused on real-life situations that matter to you.
Household Tasks
Chores necessary to maintain a healthy, safe environment, including cleaning, washing, cooking, and basic homecare. Our support ensures you can live in a clean, safe, and comfortable home.
Community Participation
We support you to take part in social, recreational and community activities that you enjoy. This might involve attending events, going to clubs or groups, visiting friends and family or exploring new hobbies. A support worker can accompany you and provide the help you need to feel included and confident.
Community Nursing Care
Our qualified nurses provide clinical care in your home or community setting. This can include wound care, medication management, health monitoring and education about your condition. We work closely with you, your family and your health team to support your overall wellbeing.
Innovative Community Participation
We support you in participating in community activities that you enjoy. A support worker will be with you during your participation, ensuring you have the assistance you need.
Daily Tasks/Shared Living
We support you with day-to-day living in a shared home or supported living arrangement. This includes help with personal care, meal preparation, household routines and building positive relationships with housemates. Our aim is to create a safe, comfortable and homely environment where you can thrive.
Plan Management
We help you manage your NDIS funding, taking the stress out of handling invoices and paperwork. Our team ensures payments are made to your providers, tracks your budget, and explains how your funds are being used. You stay in control of your choices, while we manage the administration and reduce your stress.
Therapeutic Supports
We help you achieve your physical and functional goals with the support of allied health professionals, such as physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and psychologists. This support is focused on improving your independence and quality of life.
Specialised Disability Accommodation
We provide access to purpose-built homes designed for participants who require high-intensity support. These homes are tailored to your goals and level of support, ensuring accessibility, safety, and independence.
Group/Centre Activities
We offer group-based activities that include exercise, outings, games, and crafts. These activities help promote friendships, improve personal skills, and boost confidence and happiness, all while fostering a sense of community.
